Nothing compares to the delicious Quiche and salad that I had at La Flamme. It was a Bacon and guerre cheese Quiche, that literally melted in the mouth. Thank you again, I'll be ordering again soon.
I lived above a Flammkuchen restaurant when I lived in Germany. This place is legit. If they could only serve wine from! Excellent.
Everything was delicious. We ordered the Lorraine quiche and it did not disappoint. The crust is buttery and crunchy while the quiche itself was light, fluffy. The owners are very nice and this has become one of our favorite places to eat!

We tried the traditional gratin with small thick cut bacon, onions, cheese (gruyere?) and crème fraiche, the flavors were delicious though light but filling. Definitely recommend if looking for something new to try. Will definitely be back to try the other offerings !
We ordered the 'Traditionnelle Gratinée' and the Lorraine Quiche and it was so delicious that we came back for seconds! The French Chef Dominique makes the Flat Bread in front of you and you can tell he loves what he is doing! The quiche was also delicous and very filling. If you want some fresh, authentic, tasty and healthy French food, La Flamme is definitely your spot!
The best quiches ever!! The flatbread was so unique and tasty and I loved the flavored crispy crust. Love the Niçoise salad! Will be back for more!!

This food was delicious! The service was wonderful and they were so friendly. My husband and I each had a quiche, I had the broccoli cheddar and he the Lorraine with bacon. Both came with a side salad with super fresh mixed greens. Simple, and surprisingly elegant
